In this stage we gather information, answer questions and create a design brief, formalizing your creative and practical needs, and discuss you’re preliminary working budget.

Site Survey and Investigation - cost $300

We visit the site with a designer and an environmental engineer (if necessary) to assess instillation requirements such as accessibility and a series of additional factors that contribute to the quoting for the builds.

In addition to taking relative measurements, we do a horticultural assessment that includes:

1. daylight availability - we use accurate gps data to thoroughly map out annual sun movements to optimize longevity of our instillations, and provide a recommendation summary for optimal plants and placements

2. HVAC assessment, relative indoor humidity levels, structure/glass instillation, electrical and plumbing requirements (if needed).
